How do I check the status of my order?

After placing your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation via email with the approximate shipping timeframe for your order. If you don’t receive this email, please contact us and we will be happy to resend it for you. At this time, our webshop is currently under construction and our Customer Account dashboard login is not available. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification via email DHL with your tracking number and delivery updates. It then normally only takes 2-3 business days to be delivered to you via DHL Express

Our order fulfillment process is still heavily disrupted by COVID19’s impact on our facilities in Germany. Due to increased demand and a slower production schedule across all components needed to custom-assemble each bellicon, we are currently experiencing longer lead times than expected

For any additional questions regarding your shipment, feel free to contact our Customer Service team. Please note that due to an unusually high call and e-mail volume, the response time might take extra time. Please only submit one customer service inquiry with your request, as duplicate requests will delay our ability to get back to you.
