I am a non-US customer. Do I pay duties and customs?

Customers to Canada will not be assessed duties and taxes. Any order from bellicon USA that is shipped to a recipient outside of Canada, the US, and US territories will incur duties, customs, and brokerage fees that are determined by your local government and will be billed you directly by our carrier (typically DHL Express). 

If you are a Canadian customer and receive a bill for duties and/or taxes, please email us at support@bellicon-usa.com with a screenshot of the receipt of payment for any duty/custom fee bills received. We will reimburse you right away on the card used to place the order.
