The bellicon USA Promise
You are able to return your item(s) within 30 days of your receipt. Original shipping costs (if any) are not refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. There is no additional fees unless damage to the product or packaging (not resulting from condition upon delivery or during return shipment) requires additional repair or replacement for subsequent sale or usage. Please note that we only accept items for return or exchange that are in their original condition and do not show any signs of use.
You must have your original box to make an exchange or return within the 30 day period.
How do I make a return?
To request a return, please contact bellicon USA Customer Service at 1-888-988-5661 or email@example.com to receive return authorization. If you have your own shipping carrier you wish to use, you must provide the carrier name and tracking number. Otherwise, we are happy to provide you with a FedEx return shipping label and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Because of the unique size and shape of the bellicon box, shipping rates can vary - please contact us if you would like an estimate. We will email you the shipping label to print and use to send back the product you are returning. If you would like for us to set up a FedEx pickup from your home, just ask! Otherwise, you can easily drop off the labeled bellicon package at any FedEx location. We're happy to help to make the process as easy as possible. Once returned to our warehouse, please allow 4-14 days for processing of your return and your refund to be issued.
How do I return a broken or defective item?
In the rare case that you receive a broken or defective item, please call us immediately at 1-888-988-5661. We'll work with you to send a replacement as soon as possible at no additional charge as every component of your bellicon is covered under warranty.
When will I receive my refund?
We will start processing your return request as soon as we receive your item(s). We will inspect all returns to ensure your item(s) are in their original condition and do not show any signs of wear. Please keep in mind that refunds normally take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes, you can exchange your purchase within 30 days of receipt. All exchanged products must be in their original condition and show no signs of wear. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any price difference (if applicable).
Can I exchange my bungees?
Yes. If you aren't sure if you ordered the right bungee strength, don't worry - you can exchange your bungees within 10 days of receiving your bellicon. If they are too soft or too firm, we can send you a new set of bungees, and return the original ones, at no cost to you. You can exchange them yourself with no tools required. It only takes 10 minutes to exchange a full set of bungees.
How can I begin an exchange?
To make an exchange, please contact us at 1-888-988-5661 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will provide a FedEx return shipping label. We will email you the shipping label to print off and use to send back the product you are returning. If you would like for us to set up a Fedex pickup from your home, just ask! We're happy to help with that and make the process as easy as possible. Once the original product is in transit with FedEx, we will then ship your new product to you.
