How do I check the status of my order?

Right after placing your order, you receive an order confirmation in your email with the approximate timeline for your order.  Likewise, right when your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Fedex with your tracking number, so you will know the expected date of arrival.


If you would like to check the status of your order before it has shipped, you can do so by logging into your customer account on

Click on "My Account" on the top right of the page.

Login using the account you created during checkout.

Once logged in, you can click on "My Orders" on the left hand side of the screen, and you can see the status of your order.


If your order is "Pending" then that means you selected the Payment Plan option, and should call our support line to set up your payment plan at 1-888-988-5661. If we do not hear from you, we will call you within 2 days of receiving your order.


If your order is "Processing" then that means we have just received your order and payment, and it will be custom built by our warehouse personnel within the timetable you received in your order confirmation email.


If your order is "Ready for Assembly" then that means your order is in the warehouse queue, and will be assembled by our warehouse personnel in the next day.


If your order is "Complete" then that means your order has been completed, and it is on the way to you!
